Locations and delivery times

We understand that once you’ve placed an order, you would be elated to receive it as soon as possible. Please find below some details around our shipping methods and prices. For information on the cost of our international shipping options, please refer to the delivery information at checkout. We ship all around the world (this may be subjected to customs policy and sales taxes in some receiving country).

Next Day Delivery

If you select ‘next day’ delivery, this refers to the next working day as deliveries take place from Monday to Friday. Orders must be placed before 2pm (GMT) to receive a next day service. For example, orders placed at 5pm on a Tuesday ,it will be mailed on Wednesday and arrive with the recipient on Thursday. Any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be delivered on Tuesday..

Returns

We are sure you will love the products we create as they are specially selected to make you feel a million dollar. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, returns are easy. In order for us to process the return and issue your refund, please return your order to us within 14 working days from the date of purchase. Simply email info@mantheorylondon.com quoting your order/invoice number and reason for return. Please return products unopened, unused and in original condition. We
are unable to accept any items that have been used or with broken seals. For details please visit our refund policy page.
